Who we are.
Frank St. Clair attended Garces Memorial High School, graduating in 1984. He then attended Bakersfield College where he received an Associates Degree in real estate. In 1987 he went to work as a real estate agent for Prestige Realty.
In 1990 Frank and his brother Brad formed a housing construction business. Frank's first apartment complexes were purchased at that time as well. In 1992-1997 They completed the master-planned community known as Seasons in SW Bakersfield where they sold land and built homes. In 1997 Frank started purchasing various large apartment complexes in Bakersfield. Eventually forming St. Clair Property Management. In 1998 he became a real estate broker for St. Clair Realty.
He is currently running a Real Estate Brokerage as well as managing his rentals. Frank St. Clair has served as a director for the Bakersfield Association of Realtors and several other committees for The Association of Realtors. He has also served as President and as a director for the Income Property Association. In his spare time, Frank attends Valley Bible Church and graciously gives back to the community through the Active 20-30 Club and The Moose Lodge.
